The Guided Healers Inc website and materials are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, clinical, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice.

Guided Healers Inc connects qualifying families with independent professional providers across three pathways: art therapy, music therapy, and animal therapy. Our published resources share online safety and prevention information. They do not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a qualified professional. If you or your child need medical or mental health support, please contact a licensed provider in your area.

Funded therapy access across the three pathways is available only to approved qualifying families. Approval is not automatic, and submitting a request does not create a right to services.

Guided Healers Inc may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or end access at any time based on need, available resources, partner referral, or other criteria aligned with our mission. Access does not guarantee enrollment, placement with a specific provider, or any particular outcome.

Requests for minors must be made by a parent or legal caregiver. Guided Healers Inc communicates with the parent or caregiver, who remains responsible for supervision, consent, and any decisions about additional professional care.

Guided Healers Inc does not provide art therapy, music therapy, animal therapy, psychotherapy, or any clinical or medical services. We do not employ therapists, counselors, or other clinical professionals.

When a qualifying family is connected to a professional in any of the three pathways, that provider is an independent professional. The provider is solely responsible for their services, licensure, methods, and outcomes. Guided Healers Inc may help fund access for those who qualify, but that funding does not create a clinical, employment, or agency relationship.

Guided Healers Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are voluntary gifts that support our mission and programs, and are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution unless we state otherwise in writing.

This website does not process payments. The Donate page records pledges, and we follow up personally with secure giving options. A pledge is a statement of intent, not a completed gift, until the contribution is actually made. We provide written acknowledgment of contributions as required by law.

A monthly pledge may be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting us. If you make a contribution in error, contact us and we will work with you to correct it.

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the site to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others. You may not scrape, crawl, mine data, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

You may not falsely claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or employment with Guided Healers Inc. We may suspend or restrict access for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these terms or applicable law.

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided Healers Inc and its officers, directors, volunteers, board members, and independent providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, referrals, or therapy connections.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
