4. Program Delivery by Independent Partners

Therapy is delivered by independent professional providers who operate as independent entities and are solely responsible for their own services, licensure, insurance, personnel, and professional conduct. Guided Healers Inc is vetting providers for its roster and may help fund access; it does not supervise the professional practice of any provider.

Guided Healers Inc does not employ therapists and does not provide art therapy, music therapy, animal therapy, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment. When a qualifying family is connected to a professional, that provider is independent. The provider is solely responsible for their services, licensure, methods, and outcomes. Guided Healers Inc may help fund access for those who qualify; funding access does not create a clinical, employment, or agency relationship. Families are responsible for confirming a provider’s credentials and suitability.

5. Minors and Parental Consent

Funded therapy requests for minors must be made by a parent or legal caregiver. Guided Healers Inc communicates with the parent or caregiver. We do not establish a confidential therapeutic relationship with a child. Parents remain responsible for supervision, consent, and any decisions about additional professional care.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Participation in any program is voluntary and results vary by individual. Guided Healers Inc makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any particular outcome, improvement, benefit, or result from participation, and assumes no liability for decisions made in reliance on site content.

7. External Links and Outside Content

Links to outside websites, tools, or AI services are provided for convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, availability, safety, or privacy practices of any outside resource.

8. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any Guided Healers Inc program or activity, participants (and the parents or legal guardians of minor participants) acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of participation and agree that Guided Healers Inc, its officers, directors, volunteers, and sponsors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
