Why we exist
Children are being targeted online every day, and too many mothers find out only after the harm is done. When it happens, no parent should be left alone, searching for answers in the middle of the night. Parents are not failing their children. The system is failing parents.
And it is not only children. Women are threatened, harassed through texts and emails, and shamed online in ways that rattle the nervous system and break trust. Healing from that kind of harm takes real human connection: in person care from qualified therapists, not AI, not chatbots.
Ana Vasquez, M.Ed., is the mother and educator behind this work. As President and Founder, she brings a background in education and years of walking alongside children and the mothers who love them. She saw how fast the digital world can turn dangerous, and how much stronger families become when someone stands beside them. The arts are personal for her, too: she played violin from age three through high school, including two and a half years with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, sang in choir throughout middle and high school, acted on stage, including the role of Coco in Fame, and danced. In her words, no amount of drama or trauma done to a family should prohibit a child from being able to excel and heal.
Families need trusted resources when harm occurs and real pathways to heal afterward: donor funded art, music, and animal therapy with qualified therapists.
That is what Guided Healers Inc is: one complete path, free to qualifying families, funded by donors.
We are building a network of therapy partners across Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Martin counties: art therapy studios, music therapy practices, and animal therapy providers close to the families we serve. When trauma happens, families walk into a real room, with a real person, and begin to heal.

A world where no woman or child faces online harm alone, and where the harm done to a family never decides what that family becomes. Every child can still heal and excel, every mother can move forward with real support beside her, and what defines a family is what they build after.
Our mission
Guided Healers Inc connects women and children affected by online harm with real healing, close to home. We match families with trusted, independent providers in three pathways, art therapy, music therapy, and animal therapy, delivered in person by real people. Donor funded vouchers pay those providers directly, so families never pay, never hold money, and never have to heal alone.

Trusted prevention resources for children and parents, so families can spot danger early and act with confidence.

Heal
Donor funded access to qualified, independent therapists across art, music, and animal therapy, so a child can heal after the harm.
We do not work alone. Guided Healers Inc is building its network alongside therapists across our three pathways, churches, schools, officers, youth organizations, nonprofits, and healthcare partners.
We do not provide medical, legal, or emergency services. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.

Educator & Family Advocate
Founder of Guided Healers Inc. At 15, Ana was kidnapped, lured to a party and drugged, in a world without social media, warning systems, or anyone to turn to. She does not share this to relive it. Her belief: living in the past does not move you forward. You fix the way you think, regulate your nervous system, and move forward. As President she owns the vision, public education, the resource network families use, all social media presence, and approval of therapy vouchers under the board rule.
Rosemary Smyczek, BSW, MSW
Treasurer
40+ Years School Social Work
Four decades as a social worker in Milwaukee Public Schools, working with vulnerable children and trauma informed populations. Bilingual in English and Spanish. As Treasurer she owns financial oversight, the books, and paying approved invoices directly to therapists. She is building our roster of approved therapists across our three pathways through background research plus a phone call using the board script, and she identifies local donor prospects.

Secretary & Director of Community Partnerships
Community & Sponsor Relations
As Secretary he owns corporate records and minutes. As Director of Community Partnerships he brings in person presence at events, networking and socializing for Guided Healers Inc, finding the right community clientele across Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Martin counties through introductions and outreach, and his business framework and high end relationships. Partner avenues include schools, churches, police, youth organizations, and advocacy centers.

Owns donor relationships: individual donor relationships for the founding campaign, foundation and family foundation asks, corporate sponsors and CSR asks, and gift acknowledgment. He owns the case for support, so every gift is clearly tied to the mission: donor funded therapy access for women and children facing online harm.
